No Return No Refund Policy

Each item is selected with care to meet the needs of our customers and ensure reliable performance when used appropriately.

Since all our products are electronic in nature, we do not offer any return or refund once the product is sold. If the product is used in an incorrect vehicle, connected with the wrong current/voltage, or mishandled in any way that leads to malfunction, we will not be able to accept responsibility.

However, if the item you receive is damaged during transit or there is a genuine issue from our end, we do offer an exchange for the same product.

In such cases, customers are requested to contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or video proof so we can assist you promptly.
