Policy

We understand that during the delivery process, products may sometimes get damaged despite our best efforts. Keeping this in mind, we offer an exchange policy to ensure a smooth and fair experience for our customers.

If the product you receive is damaged during delivery or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product.

To request an exchange, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel

  • Share clear pictures and/or video proof of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Keep the original packaging intact until the issue is resolved​

Once we verify the issue, we’ll initiate the exchange process as soon as possible.
