 Note: For servicing, customers are required to visit our workshop. We do not offer shipment for service-related jobs.

Shipping Charges

All delivery/shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Charges depend on the product size, location, and delivery partner.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once the product is handed over to the delivery partner, Sagar Electro Tech is no longer responsible for any:

• Damage

• Delay

• Loss during transit

In case of any such issue, the responsibility lies entirely with the delivery partner. We will share all tracking details with you so you can follow up directly with the courier service.

Tracking & Support

Tracking information will be shared with the customer once the order is shipped, so you can monitor the delivery status.
